A sicilian tale mostly performed on a landing-stage,
outside the beach of Torremuzza, near
the small town of Santo Stefano di Camastra.
In the summer time, “la Beffana sotto le
stelle”, makes shows specially for children.
« La
Beffana sotto le stelle », that’s the nickname of
two excentric old ladies, Carolina and Francesca who act for tradition
and who tale stories about the local heritage : ceramics, puppets,
songs…
At the same time, Carolina and Francesca draw their
inspiration from what they experiment, a changing world where the kids
they knew have grown up… |
